Nelson International Auctioneers, Inc. is a full service auction and appraisal firm that specializes in all types of Heavy Construction and Mining Equipment, Oil field Equipment, Trucks, Trailers, Real Estate and Personal Property.  Our expertise enables us to appraise all of the above mentioned property;  giving  Historical, Fair  Market, Replacement, Orderly and Forced Liquidation Values.  During the past 12 years, we have appraised and sold over $2 Billion worth of equipment and Real Estate.

Billie Joyce Short is President and Advertising Director of Nelson International Auctioneers, Inc..  She is a graduate of West Texas A & M University. She worked as Volunteer Chairman of several Fund Raising Organizations and as President of various Clubs in the Dallas area.  She was President and designer in her own business, Wreath Works, for three years until joining Nelson International Auctioneers, Inc..

Chief Auctioneer and Appraiser of Nelson International Auctioneers, Inc. is Jim Short.  Jim has a B.S. Degree from West Texas State A & M University and did his MBA work at Pepperdine University.  He is also a graduate of the National Auction Institute.  Jim started his business experience with three (3) years in the Collection Department of a Finance Co.; three (3) years as General Manager of a Frozen Food Company; two (2) years in his own Sand Blasting and Painting business; 25 years as President of Nelson International, Inc. an auction company; One (1) year as salesman for ITT Auction Services; and the last twelve (12) years in his present position. Through this experience, Jim has personally sold in excess of $3/4 Billion of equipment and Real Estate.
